Not working for the organization, but with the organization and its employees to craft a meaningful story and provide direction for change is what brings the most fulfillment for everyone. The foundation for this is a shared vision and ambition—an answer to the question Why?
Rosanne studied Work & Organizational Psychology in Utrecht and added a Master’s in Change Management at SIOO in 2020. Her drive to continually innovate and improve ensures she always strives for the best possible results while challenging her clients to stay sharp.
Over the past seven years, she worked as a (Senior) Work & Organizational Consultant at HumanCapitalCare. Her assignments primarily focused on themes such as (sustainable) employability, stress/workload, leadership, and absenteeism.
In her free time, Rosanne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and loved ones. A full social life brings her relaxation and joy. She also loves skiing, boxing, good food, and the occasional party.
